During office hours (9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.) between dates (except public holidays), only by post must be reached. No applications received after the stipulated time will be accepted.
Chandpur Upazila Parishad Job Circular Application Process
Submission Of Applications:
- The candidate must be a permanent resident of Bangladesh as a citizen of Bangladesh.
- In the application form, the candidate, including the name of the candidate, the name of the father/husband, the name of the mother, the permanent address, the current address, nationality, religion, date of birth, age (dated 17.02.2022), educational qualification and experience (if any special quota candidate is the name of the quota), including the name of the candidate, the upazila executive officer, Kachua, Chandpur etc.
- The following documents should be attached to the application form:
(a) Attested copy of the citizen’s certificate issued by the Union/Municipality/City Corporation.
(b) Colored photograph of newly attested taela 03 (three) copies passpart size attested by the first class gazetted officer.
c) Original copy of the charter of character by the gazetted officer of the first class.
d) Attested photocopy of all educational qualifications/experience certificates.
e) Attested photocopy of national identity cards/birth certificates.
f) Attested photocopy of the certificate of release of the name of the father/mother of the candidate by the Ministry of Liberation Affairs in the case of the child of the freedom fighter (signed by the Prime Minister).
g) Certificate/proof issued by the concerned appropriate authority of the concerned quota in case of orphan and disabled tribal, Ansar and VDP quota.
h) In the case of attestation of photographs and certificates, a named seal should be used. (i) The application form should be attached with the non-refundable bank draft/pay order of rs 300.00 (three hundred) from any scheduled bank in favour of chairman, upazila parishad, kachua, chandpur.
j) The candidate must attach a return envelope of 4.5/10 inch size with a postage stamp of Rs 15/- (15) containing the address of the candidate and the unused 15/- (fifteen) post stamp and the name of the post must be mentioned on the top of the envelope.
- No affidavit will be accepted in case of age. The age of the candidate should be between 18 and 30 years as on 17.02.2022. However, relaxation is applicable up to 32 years in case of a child who is free.
- The employed candidates have to apply by the due date through the appropriate authority. In this case, age relaxation is not acceptable and advance copy will not be accepted.
- The application form should reach the office of Upazila Executive Officer/Cheerman, Upazila Parishad, Kachua, Chandpur by 17.02.2022 AD during the office hours.
- In case of Niag, the selected candidate must have passed the health test by the medical ward.
- Incomplete, defective and applications received after the due date will be deemed to be rejected outright.
- The decision of the governing authority regarding the acceptance and cancellation of the application form shall be deemed to be final. No objections will be considered in this regard.
- The candidate will not be given any TA/DA for appearing in the selection test.
- In niag’s case, the decision of the authority will be final.

- If any information is obtained in the job, legal action will be taken against the concerned candidate before cancelling the niag order.
