Submission Of Applications:

1) Date and time of completion of online application form (BPSC Form-5A) and submission of exam fees:

a. Web address of Teletalk of candidates: http://bpsc.teletalk.com.bd or Web address of Bangladesh Government Action Commission : by the Commission through www.bpsc.gov.bd
The prescribed application form-5A should be filled up and online registration activities and fee submission slots should be completed. By entering the said website, select and clicking on the Non-Cadre option will make the radio button visible on the notification of various non-cadre posts, filling up of applications online, depositing fees through sms and receiving admit cards. Before filling the form, the candidate must download Instructions and notification and master each instruction.

b. Date and time of online filling of applications and commencement of fee submission: 12.05.2021, 12.00 pm.

c. Last date and time for submission of applications online: 07.06.2021 AD, 6.00 pm.

d. Candidates who have received User ID only can deposit the fee through sms from 6.00 pm to 6.00 pm to next 72 hours i.e. 10.06.2021 till 6.00 pm. No application will be accepted after the due date and time.

e. The non-cadre posts of serial number 45-49 of the notification are of higher pay scale (5th, 6th grade). Candidates applying for higher pay scale posts will only have to appear for the oral examination of 100 marks. However, if the number of candidates is too high, the selection/written test may be conducted as per the decision of the Commission. F. No application for revision of any kind of information will be accepted in BPSC Form-5A (Applicant’s Copy) after 30.06.2021.

2) The age of the candidate as of 01.05.2021 should be within the age limit mentioned in column 08 of the notification against the respective post.

3) Nationality:
a. The candidate must be a citizen of Bengali.
b. Candidates who have married or committed to marrying non-Bangladeshi citizens will not be considered liable to apply without the written permission of the Government.
The government’s permit must be submitted to the Commission along with BPSC Form-5A after the written examination.

4) Declaration: The candidate should be given in the declaration section of the online application form (BPSC Form-5A) to the effect that all the information provided in the application form is correct and true. If the given information or part is proved to be false or false or if any undue ness is detected or resorted to corruption, the candidature will be canceled at any stage before or after the examination and legal action can be taken against the candidate with the inability to apply for any examination conducted by the Commission in future.

5) Image (Picture): BPSC Form-5A will be Application preview when successfully completed. At the designated location of the Preview, the candidate should upload jpg format a new (two-month) colored picture of the same size as not less than or more than ৩০০X৩০০ pixel and file size, not more than 100 KB. Simple and old pictures are not acceptable. The application form will be canceled if the picture is not of the said size. Pictures with sunglasses will not be acceptable. Clicking on the Help Menu of Home page will provide detailed instructions on Photo and Signature.

6) Signature (Signature): The signature of a candidate of such size should be Scan and upload to the jpg format at the designated location for signing Application Preview is not less than or more than pixel 300×80 and file size is not more than 60 KB. The application form will be deemed cancelled unless the signature is of the said size.

7) Payment of Exam Fee: Online Application Form (BPSC Form-5A) will be Application Preview with pictures on the computer when the application is submitted by Signature upload and the application form is completed as per the proper lying instructions. 2nd SMS: Write BPSC<space>yes<space>PIN and send to 16222.
Example: BPSC yes (8 digit number) send to 16222
Reply: Congratulations! Applicant’s Name, payment completed successfully for Non-cadre examination. User ID is (XXXXXXXX) and Password (XXXXXXXX).

Note: If a password is lost, please type BPSC<space>HELP<space>SSC Board <space>SSC Roll <space>SSC Year and Send to 16222. or clicking on the Admit card Menu of Home page on teletalk’s website will show User Recovery, Password Recovery and Payment Status buttons. Clicking on the button to Submit with the information you are using, you will get the desired information.

8) a. Admit Card (Admit Card): The candidate can download the entry card (Admit Card) containing the photo and registration number using his User ID and Password.

b. If there is no minimum educational qualification/experience mentioned in the advertisement, no candidate will be considered to be able to apply. Multiple times after receiving Admit Card, submitting the exam fee to the candidate Cannot submit the online application form. If the candidate completes the fee submission by filling the application form online, his application will be considered to have been finalized. If the candidate fills in multiple

Admit Card by filling out the form multiple times with false/different/incorrect information and proves fraud at any level of process, the overall candidature of such a candidate will be canceled. The candidate will be ineligible for applying for all posts notified by BPSC in the future and legal action will be taken against such candidates.

9) BPSC Form-5A (Applicant’s Copy) Receipt and Submission: Candidates should submit BPSC Form-5A (Applicant’s Copy) Commission Web Address: Documents/information defiled from www.bpsc.gov.bd at the time and place directed by the Commission:

• Attested photocopy of all certificates acquired from the bared or university (master’s/graduate/BSc/HSC/diploma or equivalent original or temporary certificate) to prove educational qualifications. If unable to provide photocopies of the original charter, photocopies of the temporary charter will be accepted. The university or latest examination mark sheet will be initially accepted as proof of educational qualification but the original/periodical certificate must be

submitted to the interview bar. In case the term of the degree acquired in the certificate/mark sheet/testimonial submitted by the candidates with a four-year graduate/graduate honor degree is not clearly mentioned for 4 years, the degree acquired must be submitted along with the attested copy of the certificate issued by the Head of Department/Controller of Examinations/Register for a period of 4 years. Otherwise, their acquired degree will be treated as 3 years term.

• Attested copy of SSC/equivalent original/temporary charter provided by education board for age proof; In case of candidates with “O” level and “A” level degrees, the date of birth is Dali-like Evidence has to be submitted. No feedback will be accepted for age proof;
• Attested photocopies of the equivalence charter issued by the concerned Equivalence Committee/Ministry of Education in case of candidates with degrees acquired from abroad;
• Attested copy of the authentic charter in favour of the changed permanent address when the applicant’s permanent address is changed;
• Certificate of Higher Educational Qualification (Diploma/M.Phil/MS/MD etc.) (in case of applicable);

• Copy of the Charter of Experience; Candidates applying for higher technical posts should mention the scale/grade of the respective posts in the certificate of experience;
• In case of job experience in a statutory institution on the condition of experience of the notified office, the applicant candidates will have to submit the certificate of the authority/controlling officer to the statutory body of the said institution/organization along with the application. Statutory institutions are governed by authority agencies or institutions whose main functions are assigned by law, ordinance, order or contract with the power of law in Bangladesh.

• Publication/job is proof of the professional achievements, achievements or brilliance of life (in the case of applicable);
• Attested copy of National Identity Card (NID);
• Copy of exam admit card;
• 03 copies of the passport size attested color picture;
• Attested copy of citizenship charter.

10) Candidates registered who fail to submit BPSC Form-5A (Applicant’s Copy) by the date prescribed by the Commission will be deemed to have their candidature cancelled and cannot appear for the oral examination. Only the candidates who are required to appear for the oral examination will be allowed after thorough verification of all the documents/information required including BPSC Form-5A (Applicant’s Copy).

11) If the permanent address (Permanent Address) mentioned in the application form is subsequently changed by the candidate or if the husband’s address is used in the case of women candidates, the candidate should submit the certificate signed by the Mayor/Councillor/Municipal Mayor/Union Parishad Chairman/Notary Public of the erstwhile and present concerned City Corporation in favour of the changed permanent address along with BPSC Form-5A (Applicant’s Copy) before the oral examination.

12) The candidate has to register only by filling up the commission’s requested online application form (BPSC Form-5A). There is no need to submit printed applications.

13) The candidate’s name and father’s name should also be written in the online application form (BPSC Form-5A) as written in ssc or equivalent certificate.

14) The permanent district mentioned in the online application form (BPSC Form-5A) should be correct. In this case, the candidature/payment will be canceled for providing incorrect information. The data on BPSC Form-5A (Applicant’s Copy) filled online will be considered correct.

15) In cases where the candidate is asked for a minimum educational qualification diploma degree, there should be an additional/higher degree in the subject concerned but must have a diploma degree. Additional/higher degrees in the subject concerned shall not be accepted without obtaining a diploma degree.

16) In the case of any candidate, if there is a serious (Substantive) deficiency in the condition mentioned in the concerned Recruitment notification, the candidature of the candidate will be considered null and void at any stage before or after the oral examination. If false information is mentioned in the application form, disciplinary action will also be taken against the candidate concerned besides canceling the application form.

17) If the conditions imposed in this notification are not in line with the conditions of the application form (BPSC Form-5A), the condition of the notification shall be considered final. However, if there is any following or any explanation, the Commission will give an effective decision in this regard.

18) The candidate must submit the oral examination bar with the documents mentioned in article 9 of the additional 01(one) set BPSC Form-5A (Applicant’s Copy). On each document of course the candidate Registration number has to be entered.

19) All original or temporary certificates of educational qualification, experience charter(in case applicable), admit card, BPSC Form-5A (Applicant’s Copy), Diploma/Diploma in Higher Educational Qualification
All including MPhil/MS/MD etc. Certificate (in case of applicable), publication/professional achievements earned in job life, proof of success or brightness (in case of applicable), and National Identity Card (NID)

21) The number of posts advertised may increase due to creation, promotion, retirement, death, resignation or removal etc.

22) Center-based registration number: Candidate should complete online registration against a center at Anykoona between Dhaka/Rajshahi/Chittagong/Khulna/Barisal/Sylhet/Rangpur/Mymensingh Centre. The candidate will be provided a registration number in a computerized manner from the range of registration numbers prescribed for the center where the candidate will select. However, the selection/written test and oral examination will be conducted only in Dhaka.
