Bangladesh Judicial Service Commission Job Circular Application Process
Submission Of Applications:
- The application should be submitted by “Secretary, Bangladesh Judicial Service Commission, 15, College Road, Dhaka” by 03.04.2022.
- Applications received after the due date, incomplete and defective applications will be considered rejected; The applicant has to fill in the application form in the prescribed form and send it with signature in the prescribed form for the job issued by the Ministry of Public Administration on 29.12.2014. Samples of the application form can be found on the website of the Commission Secretariat www.bjsc.gov.bd and the website of the Ministry of Public Administration www.mopa.gov.bd;
- There is no need to attach a copy of any certificate or certificate other than the bank draft / pay order for the candidate’s photograph and examination fee. Candidates who have passed the written test will have to bring with them the original certificate or certificate and 01 set of copy (attested by 1st class gazetted officer) to prove all the information mentioned in the application form during the oral test. In case of attestation, the name and title of the attesting officer must be sealed;
- The age of the applicant should be between 18 to 30 years on 03.04.2022. However, the age of the son / daughter of the heroic freedom fighter / martyred freedom fighter / physically challenged candidate can be relaxed up to a maximum of 32 years. No affidavit of age is admissible;
- The latest 03 copy passport size color photo should be attested by the 1st class gazetted officer and attached with the application form;
- Non-refundable bank draft / pay order of Rs. 50 / – (fifty) should be submitted along with the application along with “Secretary, Bangladesh Judicial Service Commission” issued from any branch of Sonali Bank;
- If any person is employed by concealing information or providing false information and at any time after this the matter is proved, the appointment order of the concerned candidate will be canceled and legal action will be taken against him;
- Applicants for the job must submit the application through the departmental authority mentioning the current position of the job and the name of the organization within the stipulated date. No advance copy will be accepted in this case;
- The name of the post on the envelope, the name of the quota in case of quota must be mentioned;
- Candidates will not be given any TA / DA for selection test;
- Authorities reserve the right to invite a limited number of candidates to the selection test on the basis of their educational qualifications and excellence;
- All types of quotas will be maintained as per rules;
- The decision of the authority in respect of reduction / increase in the number of posts, acceptance of application, rejection, and appointment will be final.
- If any kind of fraud or inconsistency is observed then necessary legal action will be taken including cancellation of application.
