Submission Of Applications:
In filling the application form and participating in the exam, the following conditions must be followed:

1. (a) The NIAG notification http://bangladeshmuseum.gov.bd in addition to the magazine and http://bnm.teletalk. Com.bd or QR Code Scan, the notification can also be obtained by directly accessing the job portal https://alljobs.teletalk.com.bd website of Teletalk, the only state-run mobile operator in Bangladesh. (b) The age of the candidate should be 30 (thirty) years as on 14/01/2022. However, the age limit is 32 (thirty-two) years for the sons and daughters of the heroes and the physically handicapped. Affidavits are not accepted in case of age proof.
(c) The age limit in the case of the son-in-law of the brave mukti juddha/martyred hero mukti juddha is 30 (thirty) years.
(d) Candidates employed in government, semi-government and autonomous institutions must apply with the permission of the appropriate authority. However, the job seekers will have to fill the departmental candidate’s room while filling the application form subject to all the conditions fulfilled. This condition does not apply to others. However, all the job seekers will have to submit the copy of the no-objection letter issued by the regulatory authority during the oral examination.
(e) Any amendment to the existing rules of the Government in the case of Niaeg and the subsequent provisions in this regard shall be followed. The authority reserves the power to take any action in this regard as per the rules. The decision of the authority regarding filling up the vacant posts will be final.
(f) Bangladesh National Museum Job Circular’s Any type of TA/DA for taking part in the written examination/oral examination. Will not be provided. Only candidates who have qualified in the written examination can appear in the practical examination (in case of procedure) and the candidates who have passed the practical examination can participate in the oral examination.

Apart from this, as proof of permanent resident of the district, the certificate issued by the union/municipality/city corporation, photocopy of the national identity card has to be submitted.
(h) If the applicant is the son of the freedom fighter, the applicant who is the son-in-law of the hero mukti jadedha/ martyred hero mukti jadedha should submit the certificate signed by the Hon’ble Prime Minister, the certificate signed by the Hon’ble Prime Minister, the certificate issued by the Ministry of Liberation War Affairs, the Bangladesh Gazette and the red liberation message.
(i) In the case of orphan dwellers and physically handicapped, tribal and applicants under Ansar and Village Defence Quota, photocopies of certificates issued by the competent authority shall be submitted.
(j) The applicant shall mention his/her last acquired educational qualifications.
(k) In the Bangladesh National Museum Recruitment Notice, the decision of the regulatory authority in the matter relating to NIAG shall be deemed to be final.
Conditions relating to filling in the application form: (a) Interested candidates can fill in the application form on this website http://bnm.teletalk.com.bd.
The application period is as follows: i. Start date and time for filling up the application form online and submission of application fee: 18/01/2022 HR: 10:00 am. Last date and time for submission of application form online: 17/2/2022 B: 05:00 pm. The candidates who have received user ID within the said time limit can submit the exam fee at SMS within the next 72 (seventy-two) hours from the time of submission of the application form online.
(b) In the online application form, the candidate will scan his color photograph (length 300x width 300), pixel and signature (length 300x width 80) pixel scan and upload it at the designated place. The size of the photo should be a maximum of 100 KB and the signature size should be a maximum of 60 KB.
(c) Since the information filled in the online application form will be used in all subsequent activities, the candidate himself shall be 100 percent sure of the correctness of all the completed information before submitting the application form online.
(d) The candidate shall reserve a colour print copy of the application filled in online as a facilitator in any application relating to the examination and submit one copy during the oral examination.
(e) SMS sending rules and payment of examination fee: After filling the application form properly online, uploading the photo and signature as per the instructions and submitting the application form, the application preview with the photo and signature will be seen on the computer. Candidates who have completed the application form accurately will receive an Applicant’s copy with a User ID, photo and signature. The applicant’s copy candidate will download the print and save it.
Applicant’s copy will contain a User ID number and using the User ID number, the candidate sends 02 (two) SMS through any Teletalk pre-paid mobile number in the following manner and Rs. 200/-(two hundred) for the examination fee and Rs.24/- (twenty-four) for the service charge of Teletalk. Submit within hours. It is to be noted here that even if all the parts of the application form are submitted online, the online application will not be accepted under any circumstances until the examination fee is submitted.”
The first SMS: Send the BNM User ID to 16222.
Example: BNM ABCDEF Reply: Applicant’s name, TK.224 will be charged as application fee. Your PIN is XXXXXXXXX. To pay fee type BNM YES PIN and send to 16222.
The second SMS: BNM YES PIN should be sent to 16222.
Example: BNM YES XXXXXXXX Reply: Congratulations Applicant’s name, payment completed successfully for BNM. Application for xxxxxxx User ID is (ABCDEF) and password (**********)
(f) The receipt of the admit card should be notified in due course of time on http://bnm.teletalk.com.bd the website of the National Museum of Bangladesh or on the website of the National Museum of Bangladesh and through SMS (only to the eligible candidates) on the mobile phone of the candidate. In the online application form, all the examination related information will be completed on the mobile phone provided by the candidate, so it is advisable to keep the number active round the clock and read the SMS and follow the instructions received immediately.
(g) Using the User ID and Password sent in SMS, later the name of the post, photo, date of examination, time, and place. The candidate will download the entry card containing information such as the name of the center, etc. and print it colored. The candidate must display this admit card at the time of appearing in the written examination and at the time of practical (if applicable) and oral examination if passed in the written examination.
(h) Only from teletalk pre-paid mobile phones, candidates can recover their respective user ID and password by following the following SMS procedure.
i) If you know the user ID: Enter the BNM Help User User ID and send it to 16222. Example: BNM HELP USER ABCDEF.
ii) If the PIN number is known: then enter BNM Help PIN PIN No and send it to 16222. Example: BNM HELP PIN
(i) In case of any problem applying online, it can be accessed from Teletalk to 121 or to vas.query@teletalk.com.bd or maquddus367 @yahoo.com (Organization Name: BNM, Post Name: , Applicant’s User ID and Contact Number must be mentioned in the subject of the mail).
5. Any kind of scrutiny will be considered as the incompetence of the candidate. If someone takes up the job by giving information, legal action will be taken against him, including cancellation of the certificate.
6. The authority may change any conditions or amend additional conditions in a manner that does not conflict with government regulations. The authority reserves the power to partially or completely cancel the NIAG notification without giving any reason.
7. By submitting applications, participating in written and oral examinations, or achieving high standards in comparative qualifications, no candidate shall acquire any legal” or “human rights” for the appointment of the relevant post.
