Ministry of Health and Family Welfare Job Circular Application Process
Submission Of Applications:
- The candidate must be a permanent citizen of Bangladesh by birth and a permanent resident of Jhinaidah district.
- The candidate has to apply on his/her own.
- From the date of publication of the paper notice to the Principal, Institute of Health Technology, Jhinaidah, the Office of the Institute of Health Technology, Jhinaidah, the Principal will have to be reached by post during the office period from the date of publication of the paper notice to the office of the Institute of Health Technology, Jhinaidah, Principal by post. No direct application will be accepted. Applications received after the stipulated time are not accepted. On the envelope, the name of the post, the special quota (if any) and the full name and address on the left side should be written in clear letters.
- The age limit of the candidate should be between 18 and 30 years as on 28/02/2022. However, the age limit is relaxed up to 32 years in case of sons and daughters or children of sons and daughters and physically handicapped persons of Veer Mukti Jyeddha/Shaheed Mukti jeddha. No affidavit will be accepted in case of age.
- The following documents should be attached to the application form.
a) The newly attested 04 (four) copies of the newly attested by the gazetted officer of the first class shall be attached with the color photograph in the form of 5×5 cm along with the application form and 02 (two) copies of stamp size color photograph shall be submitted. The attesting officer should have a clear seal with the name, identity code along designation.
(b) Certificate of Citizenship issued recently by the Mayor/Union Council Chairman of the municipality concerned.
(c) Photocopy of the certificate of all educational qualifications (attested by a seal containing name, designation, place of work, identity | number by a gazetted officer of the first class).
(d) Certificate of character by a seal containing name, designation, place of work, identification number by the gazetted officer of the first class.
e) If the candidate is the son-daughter of the martyr or the son-daughter of the candidate, then the job seekers applying under the Mukti Jeddha quota shall submit along with the attested copy application form by the seal containing the name, designation, place of employment, identity number of the certificate by filling the information mentioned in the following form.
(f) In the case of Muktijadha quota, the candidate has to submit a certificate by the respective Upazila Executive Officer.
(g) For the examination fee through treasury challan, rs 100/- (one hundred) in code no. 162-0605-133357-110000000-11000000-1422326 for examination fee should be deposited in this challan and attached to the original copy of the treasury invoice application form. (h) A postage stamp of Rs.10/- (ten) containing the name of the post and the address of the candidate should be attached to the 01 (one) 10 inch x 4.5 inch return envelope application.
- The late application and defective/incomplete application form will be deemed to be rejected.
- The employed candidates are required to submit the application form within the stipulated time through the appropriate authority. In this case, no advance copy of the application form will be accepted.
- The government policy will follow the government rules regarding the quota for children/Ansar VDP/orphans/physically handicapped/small-ethnic candidates. In this case, the candidate will have to submit an attested copy of the proof certificate by the appropriate authority in support of his quota claim. Otherwise, he will be considered as an ordinary candidate.
- If he is employed by giving any information or giving wrong information, then the registration of the candidate concerned will be cancelled, and strict legal action will be taken against him.
- The candidates selected in the written examination | citizenship certificate, national identity card/ birth registration while appearing in the oral examination The original copy of the certificate of certificate/certificate of proof relating to educational qualifications and quotas has to be submitted.
- Any recommendation or lobbying in respect of Niag will be considered to be contrary to the candidate’s candidature. The decision of the regulatory authority regarding the acceptance and cancellation of the application form shall be deemed to be final. No objections can be raised in this regard.
- Without any reason, the authority reserves the power to modify/amend and cancel the terms and conditions of this notice.
- No TA/DA will be paid to the candidate for appearing in the selection test.
