Submission Of Applications:
- Applicants must have the mentality to work in the work area of the organization at the field level anywhere in Bangladesh.
- The candidate for the above posts of 2-6 should have a valid driving licence for motor cycling. It is to be noted that the appointed male/female employee will have to compulsorily ride a motorcycle.
- In the case of all posts, the employment will be made permanent on the basis of job evaluation at the end of the probation period of the appointed person and from then on all the facilities provided by the company such as: 2 festival allowances, cost of living allowance, risk allowance, baisakhi allowance, communication allowance (mobile and internet allowance), provident fund, gratuity, medical expenses of self and family members as per employee welfare fund policy, distance allowance, distance allowance,
- As soon as you join the job, the motor cycle soft loan facility and fuel bill, lunch allowance etc. will be applicable. It is to be noted that the work of restructuring the current salary structure of the company is in the process which will be effective from the next financial year. According to the revised pay structure, there is a guarantee of increase in salary and facilities in all grades.4.The exam for the post of Credit Officer will be held at Dhaka, Feni, Sylhet, Bogra and Khulna centres in different working areas of the company. The centre under which the applicant is willing/interested in taking the exam must apply by mentioning the examination centre on the envelope. The examination for other posts will be held at Dhaka Centre.
