Submission Of Applications:
- The application form should be reached by post/courier at the address of Project Director, Poor Child Training and Rehabilitation Centre Reconstruction Konabari, Gazipur Project, Directorate of Social Services, Room No. 808, 8th Floor, E-8/B-1, Agargaon, Sher-e-Bangla Nagar, Dhaka-1207, during the office hours on 27/04/2021. No application will be accepted after the due date.
2.The application form written on white paper should be delivered to the address mentioned along with the details and documents mentioned- name, father/husband’s name, mother’s name, permanent address, current address and mobile number, date of birth, date of birth, age on 28/02/2021, all certificates of educational relevance, national identity card, character certificate, citizenship certificate, certificate of experience, certificate of experience, certificate of certificate issued by the appropriate institution/authority in case of quota candidates and newly taken 03 copies of passport size photograph.
3. As on 31/03/2021, the age of the candidate should be between 18-30 years. Affidavit for age proof is not admissible.
4. Candidates employed in government/semi-government organisations should apply through appropriate authorities.
5. The policy laid down by the government will be followed in case of recruitment. In the case of children of disabled, freedom fighters and martyred freedom fighters, the age is relaxable up to 32 years. In case of application for freedom fighter quota, a copy of the certificate issued by the Ministry of Freedom Fighters’ Affairs should be attested by the Gazetted Officer of Class 1 and attached to the application form.
6. The age limit for appointment to the post of entry is relaxable as per memorandum no. 1(2)/11/2003-165 issued by the Ministry of Public Administration on September 19, 2004 for recruitment of manpower for the completed project to other projects.
7. Age relaxation in case of categoryal candidates.
8. The employed candidates must apply through the appropriate authority and display the original permission letter of the appropriate authority during the oral examination. Along with the application form, the name and address of the candidate should be mentioned and attached to the application form with a return envelope containing an unused stamp of rs 06 (six) denomination.
9. Along with the application form, all the candidates will have to attach a non-refundable bank draft/pay order of Rs 200 in favour of Sonali Bank Limited, Agargaon Branch, Dhaka from any branch of Sonali Bank along with the project titled Project Director, Poor Child Training and Rehabilitation Centre Punarnman Konabari, Gazipur. After the initial selection, interview cards will be sent for the recruitment test of only suitable candidates in view of the authorities. No TA/DA will be paid for participating in the recruitment test (written, practical and oral).
10. Due to the publication of this notice, the authority is not obligated to issue the interview card or fill up the posts mentioned.
11. The incomplete and application received after the due date will be deemed to be rejected without assigning any reason.
12. The Authority shall reserve full jurisdiction to accept, select, cancel or cancel the appointment notice for unavoidable reasons.
