1. Application along with Chief Administrator, Army Medical College Bogra (typed on a computer).
2. A two-page completed copy of the prescribed two-page form regarding “Personal Information” collected from the WWW.amcbogra.edu.bd website.
3. Only photocopies of educational qualifications and experience certificates.
4. Photocopy of national identity card.
5. Recently, tela 05 (five) copies of the passport size are a clear picture.
6. It is not acceptable for you to take vague pictures in My bail. Trust Bank Ltd., in favour of Bogra Cantonment Branch from any scheduled bank having online banking’, ‘Chief Administrator, Army Medical College Bogra along with Rs.500/-
Bank draft/pay order should be attached to the application form.
b . The employed candidates will have to apply through the appropriate authority.
c. The name of the post must be mentioned on the envelope.
d. The date and time of the interview will be communicated via mobile.
e. Incomplete applications may be rejected. No application will be entertained after the said date.
g. The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any application.
